Okay I went to my "future job" and talked to my manager on this past Sunday, and she told me to call about my schedule "next" weekend. Does this mean call her "this" weekend coming up or "next" weekend?

I'm starting a small business, selling jewellery and accessories.
I'm thinking of naming the "brand" Desire, but would prefer a more unique spelling.
So far, I've come up with the following:-
* D'zyr
* D'zyre
* D'zyer
* D'zayer
* D'zayr

I really can't decide which of the above I should use.

Pls give your honest opinions with regards to the above names. And if you prefer one to the others, pls also state your reasons.

Thank you so very much! =)

I'm a chef and tomorrow I have to work 12pm til 11.30pm.
When I finish I have to get a bus home which doesn't come til midnight.
My journey home takes 45mins so I'll get home about 12.50.
Then I need to get a shower so by the time I get in bed it'll be around 1.15am.
Then my work are expecting me to be in at 7am. So if I'm lucky I'm going to get 3 and a half hours sleep, then I have to work 7am til 5pm.
Is this allowed, I'm going to be exhausted.

So why should I not invest in them? What should I invest in? I want to survive my life and a mechanic's pension is not all that much. I would like to reasonably invest. What should I do?

Is it possible to be sued in court for owing 2-3k? what happen is I bought a used car a yr ago. The salesman lied to me big time. i gave a downpayment of 2k for a full loan but he said that it wasn't enough. He offered to lend me money for the car so i signed a IOU. After buying it, there are so much problem with the car like my car warranty was void, foreign country outstanding tickets, condition of the car was terrible, my car's engine gave me the biggest headache and repairing it costed me a bomb, which it's amount is even much more than i owe him. I told him abt the repair and he didn't bother at all. Aft handing the car over to me and i found out that the road tax is expiring in another 10 days, i informed him and said that he offered 1/5 of the price of the roadtax. I told him that the car workshop said that my car's warranty has been void and he didn't even bother. So i decided not to pay him the money i owe him because i felt that i don't owe him either. what should i do?

Ok, the thing is that I'd like a relative of mine to take over a mortgage I have on a property. This house has a 30 yr fixed of 5.5% which is the reason why he wants to take it. Can I just transfer the "ownership" or "responsibility" of the mortgage to him (he takes over all payments and responsibilities for the remaining 22 years) in order to keep that interest rate and just have him give me some money (e.g. market value - what is owed on the mortgage)? If so, what is the process? Thanks!

I have been told that an LPN is a bad way to get into nursing. I have applied for training at Job and Family Services and this is one of the things that they would allow me to get for free...if I qualify. I've been told it's not a good idea. The classes are at a vocation tech center and not a college. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this matter?

Income taxpayers are Husband and Wife. Both are residents but not citizens of U.S. Husband earns 450K per year for 30 years which is included on joint return. Wife splits the earnings with husband every year. Was the $225 per year to wife a gift? Non-taxable gifts to spouse is limited because they are non-citizens.
