I use to charge $3.00 per hour per child. But the rates have gone up so I think $3.50 an hour per child is good. But if you choose to give the parents a discount for multiple children, say $6.00 an hour if it's 2 kids. Just think about it, parents are spending anywhere from $110 to $130 dollars per week to put their children in daycare. If you break that down, that is about $25-$35 dollars a day, so in an eight hour day, that's about $3.50-$4.50 an hour per child. So your giving them a great deal!
