Okay I went to my "future job" and talked to my manager on this past Sunday, and she told me to call about my schedule "next" weekend. Does this mean call her "this" weekend coming up or "next" weekend?

Call her this coming weekend.
Rather be assertive, it could help you get the job.

Call asap and ask.

You can never overcommunicate with a new manager.
