she better get all the rest she can today, and shes most likely gonna be in on heck of a mood tomorrow evening, so i suggest you go all out and does something for her, like cook dinner, wait on her hand and foot....just to help her out and keep in a good mood

My sister's in the same boat there, she starts working an hour later though, but it's still all-day work. I told her take a helmet, body armor, and a Lightsaber. Hopefully, that'll be enough.
This is why I don't work retail.

Tell her to wear a helmet. Oh, and before she leaves the house, wrap her up in bubble wrap. That should keep her safe.
