It just means that you can handle more than one task at a time. And not getting overly stressed about it. A receptionist is required to answer phones, greet customers, take notes, transfer calls to office personel, do filing, make copy's, etc.. and smile while doing it all at the same time.

i will work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
i am a team player
make up stories of how great you are, tell stories about working Christmas day to get a marketing presentation and report out for year end
