Bill Gates donates billions upon billions of dollars for various causes. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is the largest transparently operated charity in the world. So to say he doesn't share his wealth wouldn't be anywhere near correct. That's actually his full time job now. He stepped down from his position at Microsoft to become a philanthropist full time.

I mean what do you want him to do! Look everyone in our society can share our wealth nomatter if its a dollar or two because thier will always be people that have muchh more less than what we have. Remember that! Also he does do alot to give back to the community. Check this site out http://www.gatesfoundation.org/default.htm
A question for society is why dont we share our wealth with all the people suffering in our own home town and our fellow brothers and sisters from other countries?
