i have a grat team of cleaners fron office to trauma cleans but as we are a fairly new company my first ad in yellow does not appear untill feb in new edition

Ours got started by advertising on the company vehicles(you can get an ad for about $40), we handed out personal business cards we had printed up ourselves, company t-shirts for all the employees, ad in the local paper (advertise a "special"), coupons people can redeem, have an advertisement packet to present to potential customers.

From my textbook MBA program definition, the best way to promote without spending any money is through word of mouth.
However, being a practical businessman, I will tell you that money will need to be spent. Take the time to write up a letter to people in your community offering them "neighbor deals".
Marketing takes time, effort and mostly money. Nothing will be better than the community passing the world around, but growth does not come cheap.
Come up with a marketing budget, which will include cash flow and time expenditure and see if it will be worth the effort until the ad.

Hang business cards on bulletin boards in supermarkets and laundry's. Get friends who work in fast food to slip a few into the drive thru orders. Make flyer's and ask merchants at stores that would attract the clientele that you want to let you post them. Good Luck!

Also contact local businesses or areas that would be in need of your services. Have a sexy secretary meet with them in person. Marketing is always a great strategy.

You can put an ad on craigslist or put an add in your local paper advertising your company. You can also put up flyers on bulletin boards at the grocery store, laundry mats, etc....

Have you heard about mass mailing, such as Valpak? They target specific areas of the community through direct mailing and is pretty cheap. Also, flyers, newspaper adds, radio adds.

use grocery store buliton boards and call in radio shows that alow selling over the radio. also run a clasified ad in the paper. it is cheep.

1.Half sheet paper left on car windshields in nearby parking lot (is it allowed?)
2. mass mailing to residence within your zip code
3. half sheet with rubber band - put on doorknobs at residences within a half mail
and half sheet is your ad - get it out
