A while ago I made up my mind in studying something in the Business field, actually I am still completely decided to do so, but I had chosen Business Management and Administration, but after reading carefully the profile of the major, I am not so sure. and now I am also thinking about the Accounting and Finance major.
What do you think, which one has more field for an employment in present days?

Thank you

When using the comparable sales approach, where does the adjustment rate come from? Is it a standard rate for an area? or an average rate? or best guess? or ?????

For example, if the comp property is 100 square feet smaller than the subject property and the adjustment is $48 per square foot, then the total adjustment is +$4800.

From where does the $48 in this example come?

Thanks in advance.

In the late 1990s BP adopted a corporate motto of ‘Beyond Petroleum’. Does this motto represent a clear corporate strategy or is the motto an advertising logo? Develop criteria drawn from theories concepts introduced on business strategy and organisation course in order to assess BP’s claims of being ‘Beyond Petroleum’

I know that by filing as married, you get more back on your pay check. Does it even out at the end when tax time comes around? Does the benefit of having a bigger pay check require me to pay more back to the government come tax time or vice versa? If so, does that mean the only benefit as filing as married as opposed to single is placement in the tax brackets?

I recently received a preapproved credit card offer in the mail. I applied for it online. When I went back to check the status of my application I noticed on my auto complete that the last digit of my social security number was wrong. I was approved. I called the credit card company about this and they reran the application. A week later I received a denial letter stating the reason was because I had already applied for the card. One day later I recieved the card in the mail. Again I called the credit card company and they said it was no big deal and just updated my account. What I don't understand is how I got this card under another number? I had applied for this card awhile back and was denied. I'm wondering if they had my information in the system and that is why I was approved? I don't know. Maybe somebody can help me with an answer.

I have been receiving notices for quite some time from a collection agency stating that I owe for a credit card. I have disputed this several times with nothing other than getting more notices.....So I sent a letter to them stating that I dispute this account and that I request validation of this account. They then sent a letter back to me stating that per the FDCPA I must request validation within 30 days of thier first notice. Well I knew nothing about credit reporting or collections or the FDCPA when I first received a notice many years ago, but my concern is how can they deny my asking for validation and send me a letter stating that they consider this valid and will continue to contact me even after I told them I dispute this and want validation?

If a bank or other financial institution mistakenly places a moderately large amount of money in a person's checking and the person uses about 500.00 can the bank demand that the person pay the money back? This happened to a friend and she wanted me search the net to see if anyone knows the answer to her question. She needs to know if she is liable for that 500.00 even though she is returning the unused portion of the money and had no idea how the money came to be in her account.

I've been away from work due to sickness for several months.I was receiving SSP pay.Recently no SSP pay had been credited into my account. When contacting the company where I work they insisted that there had been a mistake and that the money off all weeks lost would be submitted into my account the following week, around 5 weeks missed SSP.when checking my bank account again no money had been issued to me.I decided to contact head office of the company I work for and they found out that my SSP had infact expired and the SSP1 form from my employer to claim Income support & Incapacity benefit had not been sent out on time.It was infact sent around 5 weeks late! I wasnt informed in any way whatsoever that the SSP pay was coming to an end.Now I have been told that the Incapacity Benefit can be backdated but the Income support cannot be.This is my employers fault.Does anybody know what can be done about this?I will have lost 5 weeks income support dut to this. Serious A's only please. Thanks
