I've been away from work due to sickness for several months.I was receiving SSP pay.Recently no SSP pay had been credited into my account. When contacting the company where I work they insisted that there had been a mistake and that the money off all weeks lost would be submitted into my account the following week, around 5 weeks missed SSP.when checking my bank account again no money had been issued to me.I decided to contact head office of the company I work for and they found out that my SSP had infact expired and the SSP1 form from my employer to claim Income support & Incapacity benefit had not been sent out on time.It was infact sent around 5 weeks late! I wasnt informed in any way whatsoever that the SSP pay was coming to an end.Now I have been told that the Incapacity Benefit can be backdated but the Income support cannot be.This is my employers fault.Does anybody know what can be done about this?I will have lost 5 weeks income support dut to this. Serious A's only please. Thanks

whilst your new child is 10 they're at school from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. that is quite some time to do a factor-time interest. My mother and father the two worked finished time (8-6) from whilst i become a month previous, and that i've got became out completely superb. there is no longer something incorrect with staying at homestead alongside with your new child - in case you are able to arise with the money for it. yet whilst they're having to place self belief in reward etc. then particular, they could desire to flow back to paintings - as quickly as a results of fact the new child starts college, no longer wait till they're 10. And maximum faculties grant a breakfast club and an after-college club, so working 9-5 could be no difficulty.
