major is mostly studied at University, and carreer has double meaning, one is post-secondary school offer programs which can let you get into some specific fields quickly without take long time at university, and the addmission requirement is lower than universities,the onther meaning of career is just a job with some skills.So which better ? major , of course.

A major is a course of study that you follow in school. A career is what that major should be able to get you when that is done.

Hi,
suppose you are doing Bachelor of FINANCE from reputed university with accounting as major.

Major means central focus point of your learning.in this you wud be learning all course related to accounting (which is one of the part of finance)

if you want job in accounting and finance and you want grow in that job ,that is career. hope u understood
