My mother has a condo (with a lease) that a woman was supposed to buy. Instead, she ducked out without my mother's knowledge; to purchase a house. She broke the lease and I hired a lawyer and got jugement against her for over $6000.00 plus court and attourney fees. She asked the court to let her pay 25.00 a month and in the meantime went out and bought a new vehicle with a monthly payment of over $450.00. It will take over 22 years to pay my mom the money that she agrees she owes her. Is there a way that I can get my money in a lump sum ? Is there a legitemat way to get my money now, even if I have to take less or a % fee company that can get my money now? I' writing this for my mother who is 81 years old . She needs this money now in order to supplement her income and to fix the condo so that she can sell it ?

I've been in the same kind of administrative career for the last 10 years or so. I'm not sure working in an office is the right path for me, but I have no ideas what I could do. I do not have a degree and my only work experience is administrative. Is there such a thing as a career counselor for adults? How do you go about finding one? Thanks!

I am looking for a source that will provide me with the following data.

I want to be able to do a stock screener BY DATE that would allow me to search for stocks with a 5 Star S&P rating. Anyone have some leads? I am using Scottrade and they have an excellent stock screener but it does not have the ability to enter dates (therefore it s not possible to look at historical data).

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

I have a business idea and a plan in place. I just need funding and resources. I've found some companies that would be perfect in providing my business proposal the funding and resources it needs. How should I go about approaching said companies properly while at the same time protecting my business idea?

I'm trying to leave retail and work in the banking industry; However, a lot of bank jobs require that you have 1-2 years customer service experience. Would working in retail count? I interact with customers a lot.
