My options are to enroll in a new insurance plan where I am insured thru the hospital where I work called a UMR EPO. This is new and they tell us many hospital organizations are grouping together to insure themselves. They have seperate co pays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 in this program and frankly, I am scared of my options if I became seriously ill. Then I have the option of Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO which is what I am leaning toward because everyone has heard of Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Do you have any idea what I should do? Suggestions. Blue Cross is cheaper then the UMR EPO, I am only insuring myself. No dependents, no husband.

I have a recipe for an energy supplement drink. Can't seem to get an answer about how to proceed now. Do I "trademark" the "recipe/idea?" Do I "patent" the "recipe/idea?" Do I need a lawyer to be able to protect the "recipe/idea?"

Anyone have any answers about exactly what needs to be done now? I do know that we need a Co-Packer and I am trying to gather a list of those...even that is not terribly easy. They say you cannot find Co-Packers listed anywhere on the internet. They also say you must only use a Co-Packer who makes the same type of product on their lines that you are making, for obvious reasons.

An unrelated lawyer where I work told me today that getting a lawyer would be overkill and ridiculous...he told me that he thinks just protecting the recipe and the name should be good enough, but didn't say how. Would not take the time to give me any additional info. Anyone know?

Thanks so much!

Can I continue to make contributions and later reimburse all the money?

I have the chance of a better paid job. But it is more stressful with a lot more hours. Should I go for it or stick with my lower paid low stress job. What is the point of having extra cash if you have to work 50+ hours a week and you have not got time to enjoy it.

I just got married and I am 25 years old and $25,000 in credit card debt with $25,000 in student loans. My husband is 23 years old and declared bankruptcy 2 years ago. He has no debt but will also have $25,000 in loans when he graduates in May. I have consolidated all of my debt and I am currently paying $490/month to the consolidation company. I should be debt free within 4 years. I am also paying $105 to my student loan. I have a really well paying job as does my husband, however, we want to buy a home soon and I am worried that I won't be approved for a mortgage. I am currently paying $650/month in rent and would rather be paying a mortgage. We can probably afford $700-$800/month. I have looked into Ameridream where they provide you with a down payment. Should I be as worried as I am that we won't get a home in the near future? What can I do to get a home?

Hi there, I have no credit, so I applyed and was accepted for a student visa card. my limit it going to me 700 dollars.
I am curious first of all to know how long into your first card does it take to establish credit, i really want a specific charge card for a shop I like but i was denied for having no credit, so now that i have a visa card, how long do you think till i have an established credit report??
Also with a 700 limit, what exactly does that mean?? obviously I can only put that much on there , but say I reached 700 then payed off 300, does that mean i have 400 again i can put on there?? thanks for all the info.

I am a registered dietitian. I was hired as a director of dietary department on 11/2/06. As a head of the department I have a lot of responsiblities. I get to write up people, can hire, fire, maintain the whole kitchen. I have no previous supervisory experience and I have to manage the whole kitchen, this makes me nervous. Everyday I drag myself to go to work, I almost hate it. The hours are too long, alot of paper work, am there from 7:45AM to 5:30PM, salaried. Very tiring, cant do long hours. I feel as if they hired me because they couldnt find noone. Also, in three months I am planning to take off 5 weeks, co. dont know this. While working there I have applied to other places, and am getting interview calls, but am telling them I cannot start until March. I just want to be a dietitian not a supervisor and a dietitian. Can I quit this job by the end of Jan, what reasons should I give? They really need a dietitian, ppl there like me, because I work hard almost 9-10 hrs/da

I try so hard in school, and I have never gotten straight As. High school (especially mine) is rather difficult and I am the kind of person that really needs to study to do well. I get GPAs like 3.7 and 3.4...but I want to get a good job when I grow up and I want to go to a good college. I know I am about average, but can I still find a sucessful job if I'm not perfect??

I could not find the job in my field for over a year and half, and I have tried everything, however I worked something different and that job offered me perspective of how is it to work in those fields I got education for. This gave me an opportunity to learn so much about myself and what I like to do in my life. I figured that I am the happiest in fashion industry, when I need to go to work, I am happy, and excited, I used to be a model, and a photographer, my home is fully designed - I am very artistic - yet my majors are : Psychology and Criminology. I am good at that too - however, I realized that working in my 2 fields often puts me in touch with illness, crime, sadness, grief, lots of negative feeling on a daily bases. I have talents and knowledge that companies did not need from me -so in that sense my skills are wasted. However, isn't art and fashion my life calling since all paths led me to this again and again, despite the fact I got education in some other field?
