and put in my dept. I am not the boss or supervisor. This person seems to rush through things, picks and chooses which jobs to do (leaves the crap for me), and gets an attitude if I try to nicely make suggestions or requests of her. I am really aggravated about this. I've went to the supervisor, but not much is being done. What can I do, if anything to improve this problem? It puts me in a bad mood everyday.

Mind you, it's not an orginal, just something I have taken and perfected. Don't want to say what it is. Just something I have come up with, an idea from several products that are already on the market. I have bought them and tried them, but are hopeless. So, I made something of my own and it has worked EXCELLENTLY!!! I would really like to get it out there, but I have no idea where to even start. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT???

I have not received one in a year....tho to my own fault...I haven't asked. I am a pillar of the company and lots would be lost if I left. I feel I shouldn't need to ask, but since it hasn't been offered out of respect or "thanks" for my hard work...I will be asking soon. Any advice on how to go about it?

I just joined an intership. This is their first year of hiring an intern and they are kind of unorganized in training. I spend 2 days there. The folks showed me some general data entry stuff but they don't do a good job of explaining what they're doing. They expect me to know everything about what to do and how thier company does stuff. They aren't even that friendly. I feel like they are bothered by having to train someone. I don't even feel like going on in this but its good for my career i guess. I really don't feel like going tomorrow and I don't want to hate this job...i'd become desparate if i do. Does anyone have any advice for me? Maybe someone who hires interns and traines them? help!!

What options do u have if u cannot afford to make student loan payments? Would consolidation be a wise thing with 3 seperate student loans? Plus they are not federal student loans, my mistake there. I really need some good advice, I worry myself almost everyday. Payments don't start till after Christmas.

I received from a very good friend this website: http://automaticpassiveincome.com

He says he's been getting paid pretty well, but not a whole lot. Just some extra spending cash.

Is anyone else making money with this system?

I am purchasing a home from a family member at what he owes on the home, there will be over $100,000 in equity. The lender, now at the end of the loan application process, a day before our closing, now is requiring the owner (my family member) to state that he is giving the buyer (me) $104,000 as a gift of equity. The owner says he doesn't have to do anything, he can sell the house for what ever he wants to. The lender says they will charge us an extremely high interest rate if the owner will not sign this gift of equity sales contract. I am so frustrated!!!! This loan application was approved on October 19th, can they change all this at the last minute?

Both my best friend and I are smart women, but we are barely making it financially. I have always been told that the only way to get ahead is to have your own business. We both want to try opening a party tray/cake shop, but don't know how to get started.

I'm a cashier at a store and a man came in (a customer) and while I was checking him out, he said something of a sexual nature. I was really offended. Should I call the store's hotline and report him? Should I talk to my boss about this? What should I do? I'm really scared.

I think NOT. If you want to talk about Qualifications, Work Ethnics, Experience, and Education then I'm sorry to said but for those that think Affirmative Action gives other sex, race, gender an "edge", more like it's helping you.

I'm sorry but I was going through the forums about Proposal 2 and all the replies were about "white" this, "white" that, "I lost my job because of Affirmative Action", gimme a break. Don't put me in that category of "SLACKER HIRE!" Cause I'm WELL Qualified, more Experience, and more Educated.

There have been plenty of times I tell myself this, "Why is he even my boss?" He doesn't even know what he is talking about! I ask him, "How you get this job?" He answers, "My dad knows one of the corporate guys." So hiring someone just because daddy's knows someone = "EDGE". No ****** wonder our economy is downhill. I believe we NEED only the BEST in our schools as well as in our Businesses, Corporation, work place, etc; or we'll lose this Global Competition.
