Just recently, I opened up a mylot.com account, and I was just wondering how do you get paid becuase I answered a discussion, but I got no money. Also, how do you delete a discussion because I made a huge mistake.

There is no option to delete or edit a discussion.
Payment is into a PayPal or iKobo account on reaching a minimum of $10. It is paid on the 15th of the month following the month in which one achieves this minimum. You can set the payment threshold higher than $10, if you wish.
Do not expect to become a millionaire!

1) Your earning reflect only on the next day, so you can not see your earning immediately after posting.
2) From last 2 months, i am getting paid through paypal but u have an option to choose Ikobo account also
3) You dont have an option to delete your posting.

you wiil be getting money online through an account in PAYPAL.For an account log on to www.paypal.com
