What happened to Sprint changing its name to Embarq?

Ever heard the phrase "you can only stiff someone so many times?"
Well Sprint stiffed to many people so many times that it now needs a name change. Its a strategic maneuver by Sprint to remove its plagged name on bad service. Sprint is stratically following its competitotrs who also had plagged names. To illustrate, Voice Stream switching its name to Tmobile and etc. Morevoer. I know Voice stream was a merge deal and thats why it switched its name. But, the fact is the company didnt even want the name Voice Stream since it was plagged and would hinder company sales.
