Because there is alot of free traffic exchanges out there but alot are USA and I want to try to get Canadian's to the site.

You may also want to include advertisements utilizing free classified ad sites.
There are 1,000's of them and you can even target Canada.

I would try to write articles about my business and submit them to free directories too. TrafficSwarm is probably the highest quality of traffic exchange out there, however results will vary.

I have surfed many exchanges and the first one I joined is still the best and that is Traffic Swarm.They are honest people who give good value.ie: lots of free credits
