i have already had one interview and it stressed me out so much that they had to stop the tape.

my ex employer still has me on the books even tho i have worked the for well over a year and someone has been signing me in even tho i havent been there.
you dont actually have to sign in they cross your name out on a sheet and someone has been doing this under my name.
but i cant prove i havent been there.

i cant afford a lawyer as im unemployed
I have to finish the interview on wednesday.
im so worried and stressed.

what can i do?
what will happen to me if they find me guilty even tho im not?

What steps did you take to branch out on your own, no longer needing to work for someone else? Was it difficult and if you had it do over again, would you? Is there a sense of satisfaction and relief in being self sufficient? Any other positives or negatives you'd like to comment on?

Thanks for responding.

I sold an item on ebay on Saturday, and I shipped it out to him, USPS-Parcel Post, on Tuesday. Now he is emailing me about the tracking number.

Do you buy a tracking number? We never agreed, and nowhere on the auction did I say anything about tracking, but since this is my first sale, I don't know what to do. I shipped it without buying anything else (apart from bubble wrap and the box.) Where do I get the tracking number? Does the package even have one? Are you supposed to pay extra for it? If my package doesn't have a tracking number, then what information can I give him so he knows I sent it? Please help, since he wants a response by the end of today, it's pretty urgent.

Storehouse's parent, The Rowe Cos., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last month, All Storehouse locations are being closed.

I am set to pay them $1400 dollars (1/31/06) for a piece of furniture I bought from them with their credit card (12 months no interest).

The credit card is through a 3rd party...HSBC Retail Services.

A "mortgage broker" offered me $7500, to put a house in my name for 6 month, because the buyers he has, have bad credit, he said they will pay the bill on time for six, months and then he will be able to put the house in their name. I know this is some sort of a scam I just want to know how it really works.

I am not an idiot, and would dare do anything like this, but I know a couple of friends who are considering it.

We just bought our home in July for 98,000, appraised at 120,000. My husband and I both have decent credit, mid 600's, and about $15,000 in credit card debt we need to consolidate! The problem we keep running into is that we need to be in our home for 6-12 months for the lenders I've talked to. Does anyone know of a lender that can help? Thanks!

I was recently married and up until now we have both claimed Single, 0 on our w4 and got money back from the IRS every year although they take alot of money out of our checks. Should we stay at single, 0 and claim married when taxes come around or should we claim married, 0 now? It would be nice to see a little extra in our checks. We also just bought a house and we like tax time to be like a savings plan. What is the best bet??

Hi,

I'll be moving into an apartment shortly. There is a company that offers appliances to rent through the apartment management. My question is will the 30 dollar a month renting fee be included in my rent, or would it be a seperate bill?
