We just bought our home in July for 98,000, appraised at 120,000. My husband and I both have decent credit, mid 600's, and about $15,000 in credit card debt we need to consolidate! The problem we keep running into is that we need to be in our home for 6-12 months for the lenders I've talked to. Does anyone know of a lender that can help? Thanks!

Don't try to get another loan. Find out how to pay off ALL of your debts and you will never need to borrow money. Don't believe that? Find the Dave Ramsey radio show and listen to thousands of people who have paid off tens and hundreds of thousands of $$ of debt. Ask yourself if you want to live in debt all your life. What happens if you lose income for a while (it happens a lot)? Debt becomes your killer. Rich people don't do debt. Poor people are addicted to debt.
