I have tried that cashcall and places like that but since our credit is so poor no one will lend to us. If I cant get this moeny I dont know how I will be able to feed my 2 children at this point and keep a roof over their heads!

My town had sewer installed and on the bill along with the water usage is a flat rate amount due for the installation which all homeowners have to pay. This is the last flat rate fee and next month it goes to usage fees. As the renter of this house not the owner do I have to pay it??

Does anyone have Direct TV and if so how is the service? We have been trying for two months to get an install. The first time the order was wrong when the installer showed up. I called to change the order and they could not find the original order, I reordered and it was not with Direct TV but with some other company that schedules the installs for them, then the technican called and said he would be out yesterday, he was with a third company, he didnt make it and said he would schedule us first thing in the morning, yet he hasnt called or shown up. When we called to find out what was going on they said they dont show an order for us. Seems like when you order from Direct TV they use someone else to schedule the installs then they use someone else to actually install it and noone seems to care if we actually get the service or not. WTF this is the biggest cluster I have ever seen.

Im not sure if I put this in the right catagory, but here it goes.....My ex and I were evicted for an apartment 2 years ago. I am in the process of fixing my credit so Im going to have to pay off the remaining balance of the lease. Can I pay this in full then sue him for half since both of our names were on the lease????Please help!

My lease at my apartment id due at the end of November, which means at the beginning of November, I need to give a 30-day notice that we are not renewing our lease and we're moving out. Yes, there are many of us who would appreciate a few extra dollars in the bank. I know that I would like to be able to save more than what I currently am. What I don't get is the amount of people I see who claim not to be able to afford to put food on the table or buy clothes for their kids, yet they have a computer with internet service. God forbid I ever became that bad off, the computer would be sold, and the internet serivce shut off.

I want to advertise my services and offer consultancy to care providers. I've got the company name, know the business plan etc. But I'm confused!!

In the race that is called life are you more likely to be in 1st position knowing that others are breathin down your neck but you feel that you can handle the pressure of being 1st

OR are you one of those who feel comfortable just behind 1st and then towards the end, overtake. but you know that within this position you cannot afford to make mistakes as the gap might widen or you know you mite have to rely on mistakes on the person in front of you.

Or are you just one stuck in the middle of the race and just along nicely and gently.
