The answer is that you like to work on your own initiative in a role where you have some independence. You enjoy the challenge of a job that will be different every day. Also that you are a people person and enjoy conversing with the public. Good luck (and keep your wits about you - people do some nasty things to parking attendants)

I hate that kind of question becuase 9 times out of 10 you don't want to work for them, you just want to work!!

Try some bull about wanting to be involved in a national company who've been around for many years and how you want to continue promoting the good name that is NCP Car Parks.

Or summit like that - just remember what you put on the form as they may ask again in the interview. Hope you get the job.

Go onto their website at www.ncp.co.uk. Select the section that tells you about the company.

Also look at any recent press releases they may have issued which will be in a media section of the website. From here you should be able to pick up on what the companys culture and vision is and try to give an answer that shows you believe that you would fit in well with the outlook of the company.

Also try to come across as excited at the possibility of joining them. Good luck.
