Flip homes if you know how to do general repairs and paint buy low sell high and buy when there is blood in the streets. I have been doing this for years biggest profit 289K 14 months. If I would have helled it for 6 more months I would have made over 1 million. Find an area such as Candem N.J. buy buy buy in the next three years that place will explode and whoever is in there will be happier than a pig in a pile of horse s*h*i*t.
