I have seen a few episodes of Million Dollar Listing on Bravo. The agents there live the high life and have just as much drama in each and every deal. It makes me want to get into real estate. Has your experience as an agent brought you success, fortune, or tons of headaches? I want to know your side. And please include your market area. Thanks.

Why do huge corporate multimillion pound earning companies throw millions and millions of pounds a year down the toilet coming up with ridiculous words (sometimes only 1) and maybe a pathetic new logo all the time cutting jobs and reducing salary all in the name of god damn rebranding... Pathetic. Why not invest in staff.. surely if the product is delivered well and staff are happy there wouldn't be a need for "rebranding" or is it just corporate greed???

It would seem if MLM is such a great vehicle for earning money, and being that it has been around since the 60's, that someone would have finally earned their way to being super rich. But there is not one MLMer famous outside of MLM that didn't make their money selling books or something, nor is there an MLMer that is a billionaire.

It is because MLM really doesn't grow like they all tell you it does? Is it really just a load of crap like most people tell you it is? What gives?

I was working for this company which I found on CareerBuilder and they have been paying me with counterfeit checks. I recently found this out and tried to contact them but their number is not in service and their email account does not exist. My account is now negative about $1200. I don't know what to do. Is there any way I can report them or find them? Any piece of advice would help. Please no negativity as I have been through enough as it is. Can I go to jail? I have all of the emails and everything. Please help

I have 2-3K worth of debt due to financial problems in my last place living with my now ex-partner, not big debts but big for me as I cannot pay them off.

I cannot get a loan it seems due to above mentioned financial problems - loans not great, but it would work out the same in interest as what I am paying now from slowly paying off bank and credit card.

Is there anything else I can do, apart from robbing a bank, to get help? What are my options?

I have considerable U.S. credit card debt and I am considering using a U.S. company to consolidate the debt. I live in Canada and have my home and all other assets in Canada. Does anyone know if ruining my credit in the U.S. will affect my credit in Canada? Also, can anyone recommend a good U.S. debt consolidation company?

I work for the moving industry. My job duties are registering, and rating paperwork, coordinate moves, collection of all money, credits, billing, claims, ordering all office supplies from kitchen to professional forms. I also answere the phone, schedule appointments, and even water ALL the plants in the office :) When I was first hired my job title was Corporate Sales Coordinator......I'm not sure if this is correct. When I asked what my job title was about 2 years ago, I never got an answere. I'm starting to wonder if it was for pay reasons, or they couldn't think of what my title really is. Help, does anyone have any suggestions

IRA - no beneficiary - will left to 3 children - there is a surviving spouse--can IRA's go to estate?

There is a surviving spouse, there is a Personal representative, will was left to 3 children - share and share alike--no beneficiary listed on IRA-was probably taken out while unmarried

I am looking to invest in shares, and want to do it online. Can anyone recommend some good online brokers, preferably with low charges for relatively small initial deals (probably £1-2k)? I would also prefer to avoid fixed monthly charges, as I don't know how often I will deal.

UK only please.

10 points for the best sensible answer.

I already work anywhere between a 10-15hr day 5 or 6 days a week in my normal job and just want something to help me to have both more money to spend and help pay off some debts that I earnt myself some time ago.... I have got time to play with and although my job can sometimes take it out of me I do have the stamina to work at more sensibly. The only issue that I could have would be that it would need to be flexible as I cannot always predict my rota far in advance and also may have times where i have to cover problems unexpectedly. My first job would always have to take preference but i have never taken on a 2nd role so have no knowledge of what i can do. does anyone have any serious suggestions maybe from experience that they can share with me? many thanks in advance.
