I am having a really hard time getting a job. I have listed on my resume that I have been a self employed hairstylist for the past two years (that has been my previous career path). I wasnt actually self employed. I had a job that is not suitable to share on a resume. However I am not getting any responses with my current resume. Should I stick with the self employed bit or makeup a position to fill the past 2 yrs, or what? Any advice is really needed. I really need to get a job.

Self-employed persons with income of $400 or more are required to file a tax return. If you are a self-employed church employee you are required to file if income is $108.28. Does anyone know where this figure came from and why it is not rounded to $108 like most other thresholds?

I tried to sell my first ever item on Ebay yesterday. I have no idea how it works, But a buyer wrote to me asking to buy it before the auction ended & I have no problem with that however, They want to use Money Gram to send the money. The emailed me and told me to give them my name & full postal address. Then to send them the item number so they can send the money via money gram. How will this work? What is money gram? Can someone please shed some light? :(
Thanks

I'll be interviewing for an entry level programming position next week. The problem is I don't know where I see myself in 5 years. Hopefully working as a senior programmer, making lots of money, and with a lot of responsibility. I also hope to go to grad. school at some point within the next few years to study software engineering or computer science in order to increase my abilities.

Sounds good?

Any suggestions as to how I should articulate these thoughts?
