I just had an interview last Friday. It's an internal auditing position for the county. They explained that the 1st interview involves 9 questions, they rate you on your performance based on 100%. Overall I think I did all right. I feel I answered 7 out of the 9 questions smoothly, straight to the point, with examples from past experiences. However, I struggled with the other 2. I was truthful and told them I needed time to think about it. They seemed like they understood stating thats "they know how it feels to be interviewed". The guy (person who asked and answered most of my questions) smiled a lot and nodded in agreement to what I said throughout the interview. The lady was quiet most of the time but I kept eye contact and tried to include her too. I asked questions (ie. what do you want the candidate to focus on in the first 6 months on the job?). I ended by thanking them and stat, I was excited to work for them and looked forward to hearing from them. Feedback? Thanks
