The title lists both our names (there's no AND or OR-just our two names). Will I be able to sell it without them? (We've parted ways.)

You will have to find them and get their name removed from the title, or get them to agree to just sign the title when you sell. Either way, you have to get in touch with them for the title to be a clear title.

Nope. Both of you will have to sign the Bill of Sale.

(Unless you're talking about the LOAN which has both names. In that case, everyone on the CAR title must sign the Bill of Sale, and it doesn't matter who is on the LOAN.)

Hi there !

The answer is a simple "NO".., if you try for a "staright forward deal"..!
Otherwise, wait till the loan is over...
then you can make a try through the agents to whom you should not tell this much details..

best of luck !
