You dont need a fancy calculator. ON your paycheck it would have "gross pay" (net pay is what you take home, gross is Before taxes.)

IF you are paid biweekly, take the total gross for your two week check and multiply by 26. (If you grossed 1,000 every two weeks, your yearly gross would be 26,000)

If you are paid weekly, multiply your weekly gross by 52.

Monthly, multiply your monthly gross by 12.

if you get paid the same every 2 weeks just multiply by 26 since there are 52 weeks in a year thats should be around what you will make...

Use the calculator in the MS accessories. I am assuming you want gross pay. Take the number of pay periods in the year (24 if you are paid bi-weekly or 26 if paid semi-monthly) multiply it by the gross amount on your check stub.
