depends, is it on the contract wrong or just the MLS? Are you the client? Contact the agent, see what happened maybe it was a simple mistake. If not, then you might have to talk to the broker.

It depends on the situation, and how the information was conveyed.
If the agent merely made a mistake or typo and posted the wrong price in the MLS, they should change it to the correct price as soon as possible.
If the agent deliberately posted the wrong price, then they could be guilt of fraudulently representing the property. They could be reviewed by their local MLS, Association of Realtors, and usually a grievance committee.

It could be just a mistake. If it was deliberate report them NARIS or the Dept of Professional Regulations.
They will tell you if the client has any recourse.
