im not sure how i should deal with this... in the last week i have recieved two emails asking me to accept a transfer of a large amount of cash into my account and then they would give me half of it. obviously i just ignored them... they were supposedly from foriegn royals... obviously a scam. should i report them somehow???

I am currently working as a software engineer for a major telecom company in the Midwest and I'm doing great. However, ever since I was a kid, I have wanted to work for the UN or a similar agency. It may not perfect considering the recent reform ideas being floated, but it's the closest thing we have to a worldwide organization that works for progress in all parts of the world.

Does anyone have guidance for how I can get into the UN in the next 3 to 5 years? Eventually I would like to do something with international public policy or international finance for development projects. I am willing to consider all options including public policy graduate school and business graduate school. I have taken a practice GMAT and scored in the 90+ percentile. Paying for the tuition would not be an issue and I don't mind taking a pay cut now, but eventually I would like to make a decent income to support a family in NYC.

Any specific or general advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I don't think it's fair when someone comes in a store to buy something and can't because some other people put it on layaway. Then the person has to buy it somewhere else, which can hurt the business if the person who put it on layaway decided not to buy it. Is layaway fair?

I'm from Cleveland, Ohio and need to find some kind of work. The work I would like to do such as Accounts Payable is getting too high tech and I don't have the experience. So I would like to go grocery shopping and run errands for others who are unable to do this. I tried an ad in the paper and it was misunderstood....they thought I was looking for someone to shop for me.

I'm currently looking for a job. I get far as even a second interview, however, when I sign an Application Notification/Release Of Information form consenting a consumer credit background check, I don't hear back from them again. Or I get a letter in the mail stating that they don't have a position for me. I find it weird because I know I'm well qualified. My credit is not that great due to stupid mistakes I had made in the past but my criminal record is clean, with no arrests/felonies. What gives?

I wan tto know why I can not get into my Yahoo account and increase the fees to draw more traffic??????? I can not get signed on, something is wrong with my password.
