Okay, I have been on Yahoo phone several times during business hours and could not stay on hold that long.?

I wan tto know why I can not get into my Yahoo account and increase the fees to draw more traffic??????? I can not get signed on, something is wrong with my password. I have been trying for the last three weeks and am loosing valueable time and customers. Someone please call me at 419-522-3777 and get this resolved.
