She is only 12 years of age and I paid her a total of $1560.00 last year (filed an extension - lol) for afterschool watching and school holiday watching and summer care. ($30-50 per week depending). So she paid no taxes. Is she required to file if I list it on my taxes with her SSN? Thanks for any help out there.

I started a new job and payday is every Friday. They told me they would be holding my first week's pay. I assumed this meant that the second Friday I would be getting two weeks pay. They only gave me one and said I would always be a week behind. Huh?

OK there is a group on myspace filled with teens , this Group is called the Plastics , they have been linked to many suicides in the last year . They actually help people by telling them how to kill themselves , I asked the owner to delete the group and she commented back

" NO , if they kill themselves they deserve it "

the sad thing is a 5th grade girl lost her life because someone 1500 miles away told her she was worthless . I am making it my job to get the word out and to STOP this Group .

i have been tattooing for approx. 10 years professionally. I have recently moved to tennessee but to tattoo they said they require a one year apprenticeship under a tennessee licensed tattooist. Where I moved from did not require a "License or Apprenticeship". Only a permit recieved after passing a health department test.
How can I obtain a License in the state of tennessee for tattooing without having to go threw this one year apprenticeship?
