If rental property is cheap, it's for a reason: it will be hard to find renters and make money. If the property were lucrative, the seller would ask more money for it.

I am in Minnesota and seeling my rental property for $65,000.oo less than the appraisal !!!
I think its a great deal for anyone who wants a piece of rentla property !
