say you get a pay check for 300 dollars what will you actually get after taxes? idk how much taxes are cut out otherwise id do the math myself....

Arizona withholding is a percentage of federal tax withholding which you pick on a form that you fill out for the employer. Could be either 10, 19, 23, 25, 31 or 37 % of federal tax. Or 0% if you qualify to be exempt. So, here are the taxes assuming you claim single and zero dependents for federal taxes and 10% for state taxes.

Gross: 300.00
Federal tax: 31.00
State tax: 3.10
Fica tax: 22.95 (always 7.65%)
Net Pay: 242.95
