A car in front of us had a tire fall off and they were in the road with a tire off and the car directly in front of us slammed on their brakes, my friend rear ended the car in front of us causing a lot of damage. No injuries. Then the car that we rear ended took off. The car with the tire problem stayed and gave their name and address. No tickets or citations issued but if the other car is found they will give him a ticket for felony leaving an accident. I was not driving but it was my car. Will my insurance increase?

I have a tax lien that originally reported 10/96 and was paid 2/02. How long until it doesn't show at all on my credit report, as it's still giving me grief!!!
Also, I have a paid judgement from a car accident. How long until that no longer shows... if at all?

I have a large sum of money in CDs and savings now. We do not want to invest that money in stocks as we do not want to take any risk with that money. But I am paying 30% tax on the interest every year. Is there any way I can save some taxes while keeping the safety of the investment. I already maxout on my 401K and IRA. I have one kid and make annual contributions to his 529. Can I transfer some money in his name and reduce my taxes?

I would like the neighbor to remove since it's coming from her vine plant on other side of the fence. It's growing out of control and is climbing on my roof. I've been out of town for two months and just now found this surprise plant coming on my side... Is it her responsibility to remove from my property? If they offer you a job. REFUSE IT. They pose as a secert shopper company. They offer you really great pay. Well that old addage if it souds to go to be true it is . Is really correct. So they send you money orders thru the mail and ask you to cash them and go to wal mart with the money and say you are checking the ease and realibility of sending these money grams. You have to call them with a reference code fill out a form and fax it back to them. The web site they have is very proffesional looking they have an 800 number when you call it it all sounds so real and leagal. Well let me tell you DO NOT WORK FOR THEM EVER IT IS A VERY CLEAVER SCAM. After you send the money gram you find out that the money order was a fake so quess what now you owe the bank or where ever you cashed it. SO THIS GREAT JOB YOU HAVE IS A SCAM AND YOU ARE SENDING THE MONEY TO THEM BUT IT IS YOUR MONEY NOT THEIRS BECAUSE THE MONEY ORDERS ARE FAKE . PLEASE LET EVERYONE YOU KNOW , KNOW ABOUT THIS I WAS SCAMMED.

Are the sellers obligated to fix anything that does not pass inspection out of their own pocket? and...Are they required to furnish any appliances if the house has no appliances? Do the windows have to open and close good to pass inspection? Does the attic fan have to work? etc??? What should I look for after I make a bid??
