Hello,
about 45 days ago i recived a call from a collection agency demanding 5k on a debt. He told me i need to pay this in 24 hours or else he will take it to court and go after everything i own. I recived a letter from a law firm demanding 5200 diffrent from the collection agency. I sent both outfits a letter validating, with orginal contracts signed, how everything it caculated ect and stop communicating me until these items are sent. these were certified. Just yesterday this same guy called from the collection agency telling me to pay in 24 hours or else he will contact the police and be in jail up to 3 months. I told him i sent him a letter, he said yes and you are not that smart so i am taking it to another level. I pulled up my credit i have a capital one card for 2500 charged off little over 5 years ago. my state has a 6 year SOL i just found out. Any suggestions

I've had the same ins. co for 20 + years, and, although there have been small increases in the amount my house is insured for, I feel that my house is underinsured for my area. During the last 10 years, I have called AAA several times and asked to increase my coverage because the cost of repairs, rebuilding, etc. are so expensive in my area. AAA just insists that I have enough coverage to cover rebuilding costs. I've told local builders/remodelers my coverage amount and they just laugh. I've had other ins. co.s give me quotes, and they always give me a more accurate replacement cost. So, why don't I buy theirs? Well, after so many years with AAA, I now have earned discounts on my premium. To get discounts with a new ins. co., I'd have to start all over again.

So, why does AAA want me to be underinsured? I'm willing to pay more for my insurance, so what's their problem?

Bush and Kerry are admitted life time members of the Order.
David Rockafeller, who IS the Federal reserve Bank, is a Skull.
Hillary and Bill Clinton are both lifetime members. Where is democracy?

Every years, the whole elite of US, from industry, media, congress, senate, bankers, lawyers, etc. for a "summer camp" at bohemian grove, where they sacrifice a moq human, in black and red rones, aroung a giant Howl of 45 foots.

I'm wondering how this works? For instance, if you owe $2000, and the creditor settles for $1000, does the government consider the unpaid $1000 as income which you must pay taxes on?

Have any of you went through major life changes which you financial debt, to the point where it was overwhelming? If so, what is the MAXIMUM amount of judgements that have been brought against you at one time, before you filed bankruptcy? 2? 3? 10? ect? How many times have you filed bankruptcy? Also, what is the maxium amount you were ever in debt at one point? $5000, $10,000, $20,000, or more? Creditors don't care if you had medical problems, or were in a coma for weeks. They just want their money. Thanks

they are too many lenders that prey on people that have a low fica score by charging way to much of annual fee, intrest, etc., and in return just give them a credit limit of less than $200.00 to start. Thats not right, it should be at least $1,000 to prove they can handle it. The $200 will not cover the cost of the up front annual fee, etc. Give me a break......please!!!
