This is just a warning to anyone who ordered a free trial of Lean Life PM. I did on a survey I took a year ago, I got the product but before I even received the trial they had taken $99.00 from from checking account, I called them and cancelled, then was promised a full refund. I never saw the money, and chalked it up as stupidity on my half for falling for a scam. Well a few days ago I noticed and unathorized deduction of $69.95 from my account. I went to the bank and was told that it was a company by the name of FS Hoodia fat Burn, same as Lean Life PM. My bank has temporarily credited my account on the terms that they can get the company. I searched google for the company and found all sorts of people in the same situation as me.

Just a warning!!

My husband and I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy and it is to be discharged next year. When it is discharged we will have no debt except for my $25,000 student loan that we were not able to include. Our gross annual is $90k+ now and we have opened and maintained two $500 limit credit cards that have perfect payment history for over a year now.

What else should I be doing between now and then to qualify for a first time home loan once this is discharged? Approximately how much down payment should we be looking to save? Should we be looking to get our credit score be at a certain level considering the bad mark bankruptcy left? Any other tips? I sincerely want a home. We are responsible people who got into a mess because of a medical hardship. We are paying back debt and just hope to come out of this able to purchase our own house.

Thank you all for taking the time to answer. Any help is sincerely appreciated! :-)

I have a interview coming up that if I get the job I will be required to relocate out of state. I'm drawing a mental blank, I don't know what questions I should ask as it relates to my having to move. What questions are appropriate? What questions should I be asking?

I had an interview at Michaels a week ago during a job fair aftered I applied for a cashier position.
Good points:
*I was very professional and even had a portfolio with me.
*I mentioned the internship that I did just this summer and showed him some of the projects I did during the internship.
*I gave him a well prepared resume and a reference sheet.
*I mentioned to him that I may be working at the fair Sept. 9-24.
Bad points:
*He asked if knew the store well and I truthfully answered no.
*He asked if I had cashiering experience and I answered no.
*He asked if I was eighteen yet and I said that I will be eighteen in late October. (He recorded my birthday for future reference.)
*I called on Tues. and they said they will ask for a second interview if they are interested but they haven't called.
I"m hoping they might be waiting until I have more experience from the fair and until I'm eighteen to give me a position. Do employers do that? Is it probable?

I want to provide a family free rent (they pay elect) for 6 months. However I would like for them to go to church and attend a budget class and help arount the complex and save their money so they can be ahead when their 6 months is up. Can I legally make these conditions to the no rent? And can I legally have them sign an agreement so that if they don't abide to the conditions I can bring in another family?

What I'm asking is: If you are poor and have an excellant payment history, never late on a credit card payment or house payment, etc., would you have as high of a credit score as someone who is 'well to do'? I'm not asking if a poor person could get a million dollar loan, I'm sure income is a factor there; I'm asking if their credit score would be the same, based on a perfect credit history. Please help me with an answer. Thank you.

I'm thinking about putting about 50-75% of my paycheck into my 401k. The company will match 50cents to a dollar up to 10% after 6 months of service. My company says I can put away up to 75% but I thought the max is only 15,000 a year? So once I reach 15000, I can put anymore?

What do you guys think? How it it affect me if the market goes down? What are the risks of putting that much in?

I mean the majority of the people that always say, Its a scam, and all of that stuff, probably never even been in one. And if they were in one and found out that it wasnt for them they go around saying that they are all scams. Most of the time when people say IT didn't work, just tell them that if they take out the T they will figure out the real solution to there problem. Network marketing is a legit way to get a product to the consumers. Actually it is the best for almost any product. Word of mouth advertiseing works better than anyother kind. If all network markting companies are scams then why did Warren Buffet buy out Pampered Chef. Just a question to make people think. So many rookies in Network Marketing go around spamming, Spamming is what turns people away. I am not saying that all Network Marketing is legit. There are people out there that to take advantage of the system and turn it into a scheme. But before you say anything about any company please do some research. Thats it

These products seem to be strategically targeted to youth--sweet, soft-drink like alcoholic bevereges. Is there a reason that Busch would place them in their family-oriented park?

I got a credit report today. My credit score is lower than what I expected.Apparently I owe someone $149. It doesn't say who I owe, it just gives a number under the account name and says I'm at least 120 days late.
