I have a interview coming up that if I get the job I will be required to relocate out of state. I'm drawing a mental blank, I don't know what questions I should ask as it relates to my having to move. What questions are appropriate? What questions should I be asking?

You could ask if they have any other out of state employees.

I don't really think you need to focus your questions on the move, but you could ask them if they have a relocation package. You could also ask if they would be willing to give you 2 weeks or so to get there, but mostly, just focus on questions about the job unless you are really concerned with the move. Keep those questions to a minimum, you don't want to alarm them or get them thinking about having to pay for you to move too much lol.

who pays the cost of you relocating?
who finds the new place for you to move to?
if you are in management, they should pay both costs, good luck
