Companies house will have all the information of companies in the UK, both Private and Public Limited companies.
Also, they are required by law to give out this information to anyone who asks.

Do a search for UK Business Credit Reports, a number of places do this and Companies House isn't necessarily the cheapest - you should be able to see sample reports so you know what you are getting before you buy it.
Have a look at checksure, it might be what you need.

go to the companies home page if they have one usually there will be something about them on the botttom of the page that will lead you to your answer. or do a search for the company and board of directors
