i think the way you put the question across was the problem to him what you said was basicaly in his eyes hey everybody im the crapper man ill fix your toilet but if he wears a sign saying janitor that might have a better affect also try to make him feel as though he has some value he probably thought you were makeing fun of him and usually janitors dont get alot of thanks for what they do oh well hope this helps

Don't make him wear a sign thats just mean get him one of those brown shirts that says janitor and their name ,and I think people, if they are smart, will figure out he is a janitor.

y eeah...ummmm...telling someone to wear a sign on his shirt saying, ask me about unclogging toilets...is not that great.... u see being a janitor is not the best job in the world and wearing a shirt that says that probably makes it worst for him. so that's probably why he's mad. besides unclogging toilets is disgusting. you could've asked him to wear a shirt saying ask me about cleaning and that would have been better.

This is actually not true, because if you were intelligent enough to own anything that someone would rent from you, then you would also know that he could sue you and own those buildings.

So since you obviously have a need to fill a psychological void because of a mental disorder, we will entertain you need to find out if compassion is still alive in this part of the world. Yes it is. That was a terrible thing to do, now go to your room. You are in time out! Don't come out until you are readdy to apologize.

Because you were treating like in an undignified manner and almost like property. If people don't know who the janitor, send out a notice with the contact information on it.

That was just rude. I would have gotten mad too. You don't need to treat your employees/help in that way. Maybe you should provide him with a janitorial uniform and while you're at it, get you a sign that says, "I'm inconsiderate." Have a glorious weekend!

Maybe you should have just asked him to wear a jacket/work shirt with the buildings name on it and the word custodian on it. Toilet de-clogger is a bit degrading.
