properly fill out the forms nor did he write down anything right the wording was all wrong and i asked another officer at the scene for his card and he was all arrogant about it and when i checked it, it was not even filled out it was blank so in legal terms how should i deal with this im willing to take it all the way if i have to

what you and an officer got into a accident well if all the papers are not fill out then go to the place you have insurance and have them make a claim and they should take care of this for you. But not then ask for some legal advice.

it sounds like u want to become a cop or sumthing cuz u said that ul take it all the way.. if i was you i woulnt wry to much about it. u should be glad that he didnt fill any forms.. screw him and get that car fixed. i mean id rather be glad that he didnt ***** at u or fill any forms rather than the whole 9 yards u know wat im saying. im glad i dont drive.. in all thats the strangest question ive ever seen and answred

Take it to the watch commander on duty. Believe me they will get theirs. They will be reprimanded in front of their piers. You will embarrass, the you know what out of them.
