Supposedly they can garnish your wages, IRS like, but I think they just black list you and you don't get any benefits anymore. Not unless you pay back what you owe plus the ridiculous interest they may add as well.

I haven't been in the situation, but I think they expect you to pay it back or give it back as part of your income tax. They get enough hassles in parliament that they will keep after you.

I havent but I had a friend that did (they found out he was working under the table) and he did'nt pay them they took him to court and the jude ordered a certian amount to be takin out of his pay each week. Hope this helps you out..........Flo
