I need a co signer for a personal guarantee to a corporation I am investing in. This would be extra insurance for the bank to cover their loan. I can get the loan for the initial investment but I do not have any friends or family in the position to help. I would be willing to pay a % of the profits to a co signer. how do I find someone? Advertise? This is no chump change the person could make a very nice return. any ideas

I have 10K to invest, I was going to buys Roth IRAs for myself and my wife up to the cap this year, and put any remainder into another next year. I am only 40, but would prefer not to take much risk since in this economy just holding onto your job is stressful enough.

does anyone know what can happen to your checking account during a chapter 7 bankruptcy?i have a joint account with my husband,but im filing by myself.we have a overdraft line of credit at 1000dollars that has to be included.my lawyer says to call the bank and explain that im filing by myself not with my husband and we are gonna keep the account and keep paying what we owe on the overdraft.im concerned because our checks get directly deposited and im afraid they will take that money and close our account.then we wont be able to pay all our other bills.so what do you guys think?

I am a law student who is currently on a undergraduate scholarship with a large waste company. The scholarship provides that I must work with the company for a minimum period of 4 years. However, I am thinking of terminating the scholarship as I feel that there is no career prospect for a law graduate in the waste field. I'm afraid that my law degree would subsequently become very unmarketable after 4 years in the waste company (and not actively practising law) and I might not be able to find any relevant job should I wish to change job. Instead, I have thoughts about working in a law firm when I start out, first, to gain the relevant experience in legal matters and secondly, for the good pay. However, the cost of terminating the scholarship would require around $60K and I'm not sure my family has the financial capability to support that. I'm really at a loss. What should I do?

My bf needs a van for work. He has a car that always breaks down and isnt going to last through the winter. His tax is up in a month so really he needs a new van within the next 4 weeks. We went to garages and they said you can pay on finance and see if he can get it. it came back that he cant because his credit rating is low, or something. The bank wont give him any credit and no one will give him a loan. He only missed two payments from an earlier credit card but its all paid off now. he put in £500 deposit for a van he saw and now cant get it. How do you get a loan if no one is giving him one? Whats the best way to buy a van that he needs for him to work? It seems he is getting no where and he cant save up £4000 in a month. help! x

I am in over my head with debt and right now I can not make all of my payments. I was just wondering how any one was doing after bankruptcy. I have heard that you can get back on your feet and get loans even if you have went bankrupt. I was just wanting to get some opinions. Has anyone ever done it? What are the consequences that most people experience? I am hearing about new laws. Are they really affecting jobs? Please someone help.

What made you click on this question. From a marketing standpoint why is it you came here? Was it for the sex? Was it to see what all the fuss was about? Was it to complain about the Question? Are you going to complain now that you realize this has nothing to do with Sex? Did you even notice that this "question" was lablled in the (Business/Marketing) section under all the words?

I want to hear the exact thought process that ran through your head when you decided to click on this question.
