am a non citizen to us.i want to buy a single family home and sell that after 5 years.will i get more profit with that ?so that i can return to my native with that profit.tell the according to present situation of utah real estate....thanx ur opinion might be a good source for me ....

I live here in Utah... the houses are dirt cheap... that's because there is NOTHING HERE. It is the most pathetic place to live in the WORLD. DON'T COME HERE!!! I'm trying to move to the UK... this place sucks... BAD.
