My husband is going to let a guy he knows borrow his car for a month. He needs a contract written up saying that if anything should happen to the car (even like a window being broken) that the person who borrowed the car will purchase the entire care for the amount of 4,500 dollars. I could type it up my self but I wanna see what others come up with that sound...official.

If my child has this life insurance and lives to 21 will he get the cash of said life insurance amount if he wishes not to continue to purchase this ? or what happens after that? can someone please explain if the policy holder dies, and the child is still young what will happen the life insurance policy? etc..any information would be appreciated..thanks...

I have depression/anxity, 3 kids, pitbull dog,no money, and in 5 day no home, i just been evicited. everything ive looked to (hud/section8/ect.) has a long waiting list. i need quick/now help and am lost and scared i dont knowwhat else to do or go other than the homeless shelter which -please understand- i just cant put myself and boys through that and lose our dog. im trying to stay strong 4 the boys but they and i feel we r losing everything, and if we lost the dog it would kill me and devistate my boys and then have to go to a homeless shelter yea. well please if any one knows any type of anything right now i would really really apprieciate any and all the help in get a home for us.thank you everyone.

I plan to invest $400,000 in the following taxable account:

40% - Vanguard CA Intermediate term tax exempt fund (VCAIX)
40% - Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund (VTSMX)
20% - Vangaurd Tax Managed International Fund (VTMGX)

I am 27 and hope not to touch the money until retirement in at least 30 years. I want a simple portfolio with a 60/40 split (I have a 401k but dont want that to come into consideration here). Am I on the right track or does anyone have any suggestions for improvement?

We have about 100 people working in our call centre and on the whole they are very positive. We like however to give them an added lift sometimes by having ‘fun days’. We have previously had the entire contact centre dressed as clowns, provided free lunches at the desk (the management being the waiters etc) and other fun stuff but we are running out of ideas, can anyone help? Thanks.

iv been looking at survey websites and other websites that promise income.. just by working over the Internet. and they all seem abit fake.. cos they promise fast amounts of money.. for basically doing surveys and other things that seem easy..

I'm 15 years old, doing well grades wise as a sophmore. I have soccer till 5:30 and i need a job in Boulder or any surrounding areas in CO.
