I'm new to this job. It drives me crazy that I have to spend so much of my time dealing with stupid things. I need a good book or website to help me learn how to maintain my professionalism, but at the same time, effectively deal with stupid crap. (Conflicts between staff members, insubordinate people, etc) I also want to know how to get my staff to be completely loyal to me and the company. Can anyone help me out?

I am looking for ways to buy and sell Magic: The Gathering cards. Is buying booster boxes, breaking them up, then selling the rares & uncommons on Ebay a good way to make a profit? Is buying older cards worth it? Is there a chance they will go up in value?

Lets say I am running a business. I have a client who I will provide a service for five years. What is better, to receive one bill for the five years of service for $1,000,000 or to receive a $200,000 annually for the duration of five years (under a contract)?

5 years ago my brother was hit by a truck running a red light. The medical bills ended up piling up on my parents and they nearly broke our family. Consequently, they were able to pay those bills but weren't not able to make the house and utility payments for about a year. I was the only one in my family that had enough credit to take out a loan to pay for those payments. I know this sounds like another stupid person who got themselves in a ton of debt and I don't blame you, I would feel the same way myself but I figured I would try this out. I know that there are caring people out there and any donation would be appricated. If you would like to contribute any money to help me catch up on the bills that I have please send to PO BOX 702374 WVC UT 84170

Our stepmother got 2 credit cards in my brother's name (one with a limit of $2500 and the other a limit of $3000) and maxed them out. He can not prove that he did not make these charges and that she did, because everything she bought on the cards, she either bought online, or through catalogs, and everything was shipped to her address which is also my brother's mailing address. He is paying on the balances, but is in the Army and is about to be deployed to Iraq for his 3rd tour. Anyhow, one of the credit card co's said they were going to garnish his wages because he was not paying enough on the balance monthly. Can they actually do that??

I just switched apartments under the same landlord. However, the upstairs toilet appears to be leaking, I suspect the drain. It is dripping through the fan/light into the living room. How long does the landlord reasonable have to fix the problem? This has been going on for a few days with this nasty toilet water. He isn’t here rectifying the problem but I noticed he was as an another apartment cleaning it out. What can I do?
