Maybe you could say something like "your company has more opportunity for growth" or something like that. Look up the company you want to look for on the Internet and mention some of their good qualities that make you want to work there.

Hmmmm....you can say because Im tired of there abuse they prefered the vieja foronga that I brought in to work with me over myself. They always favor her, and they treat me and act like I dont even excist in the company....they are even talking about moving her to a higher position and giving her a raise :(
