We have about 100 people working in our call centre and on the whole they are very positive. We like however to give them an added lift sometimes by having ‘fun days’. We have previously had the entire contact centre dressed as clowns, provided free lunches at the desk (the management being the waiters etc) and other fun stuff but we are running out of ideas, can anyone help? Thanks.

Hmm you know I have the perfect idea, just go hire a bunch of strippers to come do lap dances and pole dancing for your whole staff. It wouldn't be sexual discrimination if they were for the entire staff would it?
Oh... hmm okay you're right, not a good idea...
how about free sodas/snacks, that's what my work does, you want a soda/juice? it's free here you go. That keeps us happy and makes us think 2x about leaving...

If you can give me a little more detail of what business you are in I can. I run a call center for a sales company and we do a ton of stuff to keep morale high and drive productivity and sales.

Have everyone try to see what kind of zany glasses they can build so you would want to wear contacts. Go for broke, jazz them up with feathers, rhinestones, bugs, neon paint, etc...
