We have about 100 people working in our call centre and on the whole they are very positive. We like however to give them an added lift sometimes by having ‘fun days’. We have previously had the entire contact centre dressed as clowns, provided free lunches at the desk (the management being the waiters etc) and other fun stuff but we are running out of ideas, can anyone help? Thanks.
