There is no such thing as "New York prime interest rate"; the prime rate is a national average. Moreover, it is not a daily figure. The Wall Street Journal surveys the 30 largest banks, and when 23 out of 30 change, the Journal publishes the new rate.

More to the point, the prime rate this week is 8.25%, unchanged from the last week.
