How do I start to establish credit if nobody will give me a credit card? I don't have any negative remarks, I don't have anything!

I had a 401K that I had to rollover into an IRA account because I left the company and started a new job. My new job only has a SEP program that I will be participating in on it's own (not related to my rolled over IRA.) I am not currently contributing to my IRA.

Can I use the money in my IRA for a downpayment on a home?

Take into consideration that I am not currently contributing to that IRA, and therefore would not necessarily be paying myself back on the loan that I would take out for a downpayment. Can I do this? Is it advisable?

We pay a school tax with our electric bill, it gets added to the total bill and then taxed again, is that legal? Isn't that double taxing?

Would you rather save the money go to a print shop and get something generic where you may get 500 generic cards for $25-$35 they may look like everyone else's cards but they were cheap. Or would it be worth it to you to use a graphic artist to design something special for you which the design could cost you from $50-$150 and then the printing is on top of that?

There's a new janitor at work, but he looks different than other janitors. He's wearing well well ironed dockers and shirt. H'es got very clean polished shoes. He's got a very well groomed beard and a very good haircut. He has a very good built, not the typical fat or very scranny janitor. I don't know why, but I feel uncomfortable going to the restroom and seeing him scrubbing the toilet or the urinals. Sometimes there's several engineers in the restroom all fat and badly dress, and the janitor is the only one who looks like someone there for business.

What would you think of a janitor that's better dressed and better looking than a lot of people at the office?

I've built this awesome web site and have a manufacturing facility all set up, so now I just need to sell. I'll be putting more products up soon at http://www.christianmoments.com. It seems to be pretty hard to get traffic to the web site without paying lots of money for it. Any tips?

So i got this cellphone from Bell Mobility and I barely use it up until yesterday when I accidently lent my phone to my sister to play with and she pushed the browser button on and I never noticed until like 30 minutes later., I'm trying to gain credit so I signed into a 3 year contract agreement... they put a spending limit on my phone for 150.00 and now its shut off and the balance is 158.32. I called bell and they said its going to cost 200.00 to cancel my contract early. you think its worth the extra 42.00 to get rid of the phone??? what should I do??

I was just notified that PayPal received a chargeback for an item I sold over 4 months ago on eBay. They have frozen funds in the amount of the chargeback ($810) while they decide whether or not there is evidence to dispute the chargeback. I provided the tracking # of the shipment, but no signature was collected at delivery by FedEx. Does anyone who sells on eBay know how often these chargebacks are successfully disputed?
