I am final year engineeing student and I want to start my own company after 3-4 years of work experience ( and save some cash) in industry . I got couple of good ideas for the same but I am afriad that when I will be ready to start my company it might be late for me ( someone else got same idea ) .

I've worked as a teller the last 4 years and I came upon some hard times in my life and have moved back home to live with my parents. As a result, my credit is completely screwed. I wanted to apply as a lab assistant at a local hospital, I don't have any experience for this position. Will a hospital pull a credit report for employment? My credit report says nothing about the way I work and who I really am. After I get a job and get back on my feet I want to start college and work towards getting a degree as a lab technologist so this would be a perfect job for me.

I've been receiving annoying calls from a collection agency stating I owe my old school a certain amount. I stopped attending the school in 2003 and in 2005 I began getting notices from the collection agency. They have lowered my score for this month but i want to know if they can continue lowering it because as much as i feel like they have no right to have my money i'd rather pay and get everything over with. Help me!

Jane Doe", same home address. Her husband was her beneficiary on all her life insurances, and I am assuming he should be able to cash this check as well? I work in New York State, and he lives in New York State too.

(Oh yeah, by the way, I work in Human Resources, and have been his main contact trying to get all her benefits wrapped up, etc.)

Anyway, he called me today and told me that someone told him he had to set up an "estate" account in order to get this check cashed. Is that true, especially if he is her spouse? That sounds ludicrous to me.

And, get this, my CFO and payroll manager at my company don't want to touch this question with a 10 foot poll, but I wanted to try and give him some guidance....he has been through hell and back losing his wife so suddenly.

Anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance. Fortunately, this is not something I have to deal with every day. I would rather not tell him "go talk to your lawyer" if at all possible. Thanks.

Hi,

I currently run and own a sports related website that consists of sports articles, sports directory and a sports forum. I rank well with MSN, Yahoo and for a few keywords with Google. In fact, my site ranks well with yahoo when searching for sports articles; my site in the top 11.

I'd like to keep my current sports site and design the site more for sports articles and directory, since both are doing well.

That being said, I'd like to open up my own sports cards trading shop. I would sell products in an auction format. Visitors would signup for a weekly newsletter that would inform them of new auctions that have been added.

Should I design this sports auction store as another domain name? It would not hurt my search engine placement, penalize or ban me if I run two sports related websites and link them together?

Again, one of the sports sites I own is just a directory, forums and articles. The other would be my very own sports store in the format of auction style.

What is the "Dave Commuta" get out of debt system? Is it worth the money that you pay him? Its king of puzzling that you would pay someone hundreds of dollars to get out of debt...kind of an oxymoron. Anyways, wondering if this is just a scam or not. Thanx, tj.
