I think that if you go for a walk and fill out some applications, you'll find out if they will hire you. Speak to the hiring manager and find out, if there is lots of work and they are hiring i dont see the problem.
In Canada if you are under the age of 15 with a parents consent employers will allow you to work.
So try and see what happens!

It depends on the state you live in. Most states, you will need parental consent.
